Please note that all items sold on our website do not include shipping cost or Import Duties for individual countries.
We use external couriers and also deliver in our own van. Not all couriers are able to provide exact arrival times so please bear this in mind before purchasing any items. You are always welcome to email us for advise prior to any transaction being completed.
Shipping outside the United Kingdom varies from country to country and we strongly suggest you contact a freight forwarder or broker in the country of delivery. (This is required by law in United States as an example)
Also when items are being shipped outside UK there may be customs tax, import tax or/and duties.
These potential fees are the responsibility of the buyer and these fees may change from country to country.
If we are delivering the item within UK and it is refused on delivery for whatever reason, there is no cost to the buyer involved.
The full amount is refunded when we receive the item back from the courier. Including the initial shipping cost.
If we are delivering the item outside UK and it is refused on delivery for whatever reason, the cost of the item will be refunded when we receive the item in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. The initial shipping cost and return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
If an item has been accepted and signed for ‘in good condition’ the buyer will pay the cost of returning the item. The buyer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and returns must be made within 14 days.
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item has arrived damaged, this must be reported immediately to the courier and to ourselves. Immediately in this case means within 24 hours. Please take photographs of the damage immediately. We will assist as much as possible during this process. It is important that all packaging is kept until further notice as certain couriers may wish to inspect this on request.
We aim to deliver larger items within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. However this may be longer if we have offered additional services like re-upholstering or re-polishing. In these cases we will provide an estimated delivery time.
Smaller items are dispatched with parcel couriers and we aim to ship these within 2 working days. We will let you know within 24 hours of an order being placed if this is not the case.
