Pair of CH25 Chairs by Hans Wegner, Denmark, 1960s

One of 4 chairs designed by Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn in his first weeks with the company in 1950, the CH25 has become a cornerstone of Danish design and is still in production 75 years later. In very nice vintage condition and completely original. The oak has aged to a lovely honeyed colour. The paper cord seats and backs are undamaged and have the same rich tones as the frames. Seldom seen in such perfect condition.
